Anushka Sharma, she is a Bollywood actor and producer. She is one of the most highly paid actresses, and has been awarded numerous nominations for her performance. She is also the ambassador for various brands, and she is the owner of her own line of clothing for women that is known as Nush. Forbes Magazine has featured her too. Anushka Sharma was born on 1st May 1988, Ayodhya located in Uttar Pradesh. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. Anushka was the daughter of a colonel who retired. She is also a homemaker. Anushka's elder brother Karnesh Sharma served in Merchant Navy and now is a film producer. Anushka has completed her studies at the Army School Bangalore. She is also a bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College located in Bangalore. Anushka possesses a Master in Arts (Economics). Anushka was not interested in being an actor but rather she was interested in becoming a model or reporter. Anushka was moved to Mumbai after her graduation which is where she joined Elite Model Management. Style consultant Prasad Bidapa groomed Anushka. In 2017 Anushka made her modelling debut at the designer Wendell Roricks' Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was chosen by Rodricks to be the last model in The Spring-Summer 2007 collection. After her modeling debut in Lakme Fashion Week Anushka did numerous campaigns for various brands, n she has done campaigns to promote the brand's Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry as well as Fiat Palio etc. Anushka Sharma, along with her modeling career, enrolled in an actor's school and started to audition for films. Anushka appeared in an acting role by Shah Rukh Khan opposite Anushka. In order to prepare for the screen-test, Anushka Sharma took a full day. Later, she signed up for three movies in collaboration with Yash Raj Films. In the movie she performed the part of a young bride to a middle-aged man (the character Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared in the 2010 film "Badmash Company" together with Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang, Vir Das. The film received mixed praises. That same year Anushka Sharma appeared in the film "Band Baaja Baaraat' alongside Ranveer Singh where she played an upper-middle class Punjabi girl who begins her own business of wedding planning. It received a favourable review, and was considered to be a surprise success. Anushka had completed the three film contract with Yash Raj Films.
